Two teenagers, just after graduating high school, attempt to reinvent themselves as a means of navigating adulthood. A slice of life, “Bennie & Mason” is about trying embarrassingly hard to be cool, screwing up your eyeliner, and stale pancakes.

A devoutly religious 14-year-old girl struggles with body image issues and her faith as the ridicule from her insensitive and aloof father becomes too much for her to bear.
